No, it is NOT correct. Repeatedly pressing F3 to get to the case you need
*destroys* any capitalisation that already existed, and thereby makes this
function unusable in many cases. That is NOT correct. See the extensive
discussion of bug 119495 which has now been closed as a duplicate of this one.
And please... FIX IT!
