Don't understand what you mean. The request here is to _exclude_ some images
but keep the others for the table of contents. And in bug 122477 we decided to
allow empty names for shapes to hide them at the Navigator as well as from the
ToC. Would do the same for images (not working yet).
By the way, Illustration was renamed to Figures.
