Steps - Windows only (so far):
1. create new LibreOffice Calc document
2. Copy this: Šampūnas
3. Paste into Calc
4. Copy this cell
5. Open LibreOffice Writer Document and Paste
6. You see Љampūnas instead of Šampūnas.
Workaround: paste unformatted text
