Layout change after save & reload (caused by Text wrap). Maybe related to bug

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 148732
2. Shrink column D 50%
3. Save & File reload
Actual Results:
Expanded cells after reloaded (without hidden text)
Expected Results:
The same layout as before save...
Reproducible: Always
