Description:
The display of comment textboxes is suboptimal readable, as the cell fixation
lines are painted on a z layer above the comments. I attached a screen shot.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cell fixation.
2. Add a comment to a cell nearby one of the fixation lines.
