While this function might be very handy in Inkscape we don't need to copycat
what others do. There are styles in Draw, you can copy the formatting (also
making it sticky and apply to many objects), the mentioned color replacer and
we provide several methods to apply a color/style. Plus, I miss a clear use
case.
Keep it simple and do not introduce another function.
