In some cases texts in tunneled dialogs are not shown with correct translation.
Either:
- they are in English regardless of UI language,
- if multiple users with different UI language join a session, the text would
show in wrong language for one of the users.
The cause for one of the cases is that certain texts are initialized at the
start with the UI language at that point, and cannot handle further, different
UI languages. One example for this is the language list in different dialogs
(eg. Character dialog in Writer).
