In notebookbar you can define the icon size (in the settings dialog of LibO).
It would be very usefull to define also the Label specific setting in the
global System Settings.
This feature is not usefull for all notebookbar variants, BUT I would love to
see it for the tabbed_compact variante, cause there the user can than change
the label arrangement (left align label, bottom label, no label)
e.g. for Touch devices it can be more usefull to have the labels bottom align
cause the horizontal space is small and for mobile no label can be usefull.
