Description:
Attempt to open a You_Exec free PPT with an animated background and you will
see that it is a static image instead or animates so sloooow that it is not
perceived as a fluid video in the background.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download any of these https://youexec.com/powerpoint-video-backgrounds
2. Open it in Libre Office
3. Change to presenter mode... no so pretty...
Actual Results:
Sputter and studder... video does not play smoothly if at all.
Expected Results:
As in powerpoint: a smooth beautiful animation in the background of the slides.
