dear people,
I tend to close this one as resolved. The initial problem does not exist any
more for at least on Linux. And influence from openGL, as given by some, I
don't see either.
So there still seem to be problems, but different then initial one.
More specific:
If I create an image as I did here:

Booth jpg (left) and png image look nice, also with openGL, also at 300%
So the initial problem is the summary: "Bad-quality antialiasing for PNG
images, looks terribly ugly"
Thus I started Writer, took screenshot of Stylist and pasted that. Was really
ugly; is just fine.
Has anyone still that effect?
