A good hint: this explains the little difference in the stack traces -- your
last (Mac OS 10.6) attachment looks like my log (Mac OS 10.6), so the stack
difference is explained by the OS version.
I have changed the Summary again, to make clear that the fast button clicking
is not the only way in which this bug occurs (cf. your comment #0), but just an
easily reproducible example.
I will forward this bug to the developers soon, but first I will create a new
tracking bug for (remaining) accessibility issues, which makes it easier to
keep track of theses bugs.
