I found something:

Looks like the first step is activating this in YaST: Configuration >
Repositories > Main Repository (DEBUG)
Then I guess see what the build-id is for LibreOffice and run (replacing the
correct id):
zypper install -C
"debuginfo(build-id)=3098c47e4e7aeac97c1c47c5624f0fb9a8f10074"
