Not sure what you've got going on with the install. But a cmd windows msiexec
install with edit to the program/bootstrap.ini setting
UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/../Data/settings starts with out issue.
On Windows 10 Home en-US (1809) with
Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 82fb7f9f90a3ba9d53b3412124e513aa78ddca10
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL; VCL: win;
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded
Kende's TB39 x86 build [1] rolls the master/6.3 Help, while Thorsten's TB42
x86/x64 does not. On the last 2019-02-06 build of TB39 the Help article for
the Tools -> Options: General tab does not include the old "Use LibreOffice
dialogs" entry.
