Changing bootstrap.ini line to "UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/.." did a significant
change: Memory consumption much faster, and after a minute or so Start Center
appeared.
Currently I am not sure for which LibO Version I used the default Dev User
Profile last time. Probably 6.1 or 6.2.
