In Northern Sámi as used in Norway at least (sme_NO), both sides of quotations
use the RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK ” (codepoint 8221 / 0x201d).
Currently, Writer autocorrects the left side to LEFT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK as
in English.
At least present in Ubuntu package 1:6.0.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.2
