Description:
When the attached document gets opened in LO the arrows lose their glowing
outline.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached document in LO and MSO.
2. Notice the differences in LO.
Actual Results:
The arrows dont have an outline in LO.
Expected Results:
They should keep their outline even in LO.
Reproducible: Always
