Description:
When the attached pptx gets opened in LO the shape loses its tilting.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached pptx in LO and MSO.
2. Notice the difference.
Actual Results:
The shape doesnt have a tilt.
Expected Results:
The shape should keep its tilt.
Reproducible: Always
