Problem still exist on LO 6.2.0.3 on 64-Bit Linux. If text is i.e. 8 point and
then there is one 12 point space in between, it will change line height also
according that 12 point. MS Word then again does not define row height
according that space, so layout of those documents are different.

Doesn't matter if document is imported or written with Writer.
