Clarify the exact steps to reproduce
1. Use the attachment 148412 as the original docx
2. Make a copy of that docx as the revised version
3. Delete the first paragraph in the revised version (including the new line
after that paragraph). Some other changes below that first paragraph deletion
are optional
4. Compare the revised version with the original docx (use `Document Compare`
not `Track Changes`)
