Description:
I formatted the page to be horizontal, and then increased even more its area.
The horizontal ruler increased its size too in width AND height and got giant!
Steps to Reproduce:
1.format page
2.set it to horizontal
3.increase limits
4.press ok
5.if the effect is not immediate, try closing and then reopening the file
Actual Results:
The horizontal ruler increases its size in proportion with the page, both in
width AND in height!
Expected Results:
The HORIZONTAL ruler should increase in width, but NOT in height.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
