I have had 2 spreadsheets that have the date changed 1462 days upon exiting the
spreadsheet whenever the dates are modified and the spreadsheet is then saved.
I have confirmed that this happens with certainty by copying the original date
(formatted as a mm/dd/yy) to a new cell and converting to text then saving,
reopening, and copying the 'adjusted' dates to a newer cell and converting that
