Description:
In a Libreoffice 6.2 Calc file, if a cell contain an hyperlink, each tipe the
file is open, in all the cells containg an hyperlink to the address of the
hyperlink it is addedd a sequence of %00 characters.
It arrives only if I save the file in the Excel 97-2003 format (.xls).
It doesn't arrives if I save the file in the ODF format (.ods) or if I save the
file in the Excel in the 2007-2019 format.
I not tried to save the file in other formats.
In all precedent releases never encountered this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Calc file and put an hyperlink in a cell
2.Save the file in the Excel 97-2003 format (.xls)
3.Reopen the file and verify the content of the cell, normally you must find at
the end of the link a sequence of %00 characters.
4.Each time you reopen the file you will find appended to the link in the cell
one sequence more of %00 characters.
Actual Results:
a sequence of %00 characters is appended to the link in the cell
Expected Results:
a clean link as left when saved file and without the sequence of %00 characters
appended
