IMHO this could be a dup of:
After cut/paste, cells with absolute references are not recalculated;
displayed results are wrong until manual recalc performed

cause it recalcs if one removes the '$' from formula's, e.g.:
E2: =C2*B2*E1
E3: =C3*B3*E1
E4: =C4*B4*E1
