We discussed the topic in the design meeting. The use case is unclear but there
is also an inconsistency across the various places. If making the page border
huge doesn't break anything (having a huge line with around shapes makes it
larger and can exceed the page size), there is no good objection for a higher
limit.
Workaround: the sidebar accepts up to 500pt for line width.
