However I can NOT reproduce this when exporting directly to PDF file format (“File > Export as PDF...”), just as rl stated in in comment #5; cf. also comment #2: problem appears only when creating a PDF via the Mac OS X printing system. So this is (mainly) a problem with printing, not with (native LibO) PDF export. Therefore I changed the summary.
