conditional formatting bug
duplicates are not visible in LO 3.6.2
steps to reproduce:
# open an empty spreadsheet
# select cells, eg. a1 to b10
# menu format/conditional formatting / conditional formatting / add / cell
value is duplicate
# insert some identical text into selected cells, eg "test"
# duplicates are not visible
