When i format a cell with [U]:MM;@ and i put 0:30 in it, it always displays
0:29 and does the calculation with this. So i'm always 1 min short. In the

Steps to Reproduce: a cell
2.format with [U]:MM;@
3.type 0:30 in the cell

Actual Results:
displays 0:29 in the cell

Expected Results:
to display 0:30

Reproducible: Always
