screen shot of the bug explained above. Context menu text reopened to show
settings.

Problem description:
When adjusting a graphical element e.g. a rectangle using WRAP, the spacing
between text and bottom line of the rectangle doesn't match settings

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a rectangle and add a text longer than the rectangle
2. open "text" in context menu
3. selected WRAP and set spacing to borders (top and bottom the same value)
4. click ok
Result: Spacing between text and borders of rectangle are not symetric at top
and bottom

Current behavior:
spacing between text and top and bottom part in a graphical element is not
symetric although settings are symetric

Expected behavior:
symetric spacing if setting is symetric
