It was not related to corruption in the user profile.
Effectively, bug is solved.
I did check in LibreOffice 6.1.5.1 10(Build:1) fresh installed in Linux
3.16.0-7-amd64 KDE 4.14.2 Debian 9.8 from stretch-backports.
