With JRE switched off. One gets the message

However, use of a JRE has been disabled. Do you want to enable the use of a JRE
now?
"
At every start of the app.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.In preferences switch JRE off
2.Stop app
3.Strat app
Actual Results:
Starts with message: LibreOffice requires a Java runtime environment (JRE) to
perform this task. However, use of a JRE has been disabled. Do you want to
enable the use of a JRE now?
Expected Results:
No info message.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
