Description:
The quickactions (new, open, save, undo, redo, print) overlap with the tabs on
the menu bar. It is somewhat related to #83700 (a generic styling issue on
macOS) and #105290 (not well resizing of the notebookbar)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Resize the window small enough
Actual Results:
Overlapping presentation
Expected Results:
Non overlapping presentation; maybe replace on different row or simply
integrate the buttons with the tabbed bar
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
macOS 10.14.4
occurs both with and without OpenGL
