Bug ID: 124498
Summary: Can't scale rotated images if that would make them
larger than page in original orientation
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.1.5.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: fyfy...@mailbox.org
Description:
When a picture is embedded into a document, it can't be scaled to be larger
than the page is (which is expected). However, once it is rotated by 90° or
270°, it can't be scaled to be larger so that when rotated back it wouldn't fit
anymore.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Embed a portrait image into a landscape page (or the other way round).
2. Rotate image by 90°.
3. Try to scale image up.
Actual Results:
Image jumps to first page and remains at a certain maximum scaling.
Expected Results:
Image should scale correctly.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
