This file contains a text callout (on the left) which is has right tabs. It is
correct in v3.5.4 but shows the problem in 3.6.2.2
Problem description:
Right hand tabs in text callouts behave like left hand tabs. This has been
introduced since 3.5.4 I think.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a text callout
2. Edit the text inside the callout
3. Use format paragraph to set a right hand tab
4. Insert a tab in the text and type
Current behavior:
Text at the right hand tab is added to the right of the tab
Expected behavior:
The text should be right aligned and extend to the left of the tab.
