Description:
With this feature we can allowed make the background filling the who page,
rather than cut the background with page margin.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.jianli-moban.com/n2970c22.aspx and click 立即下载 button.
2. Open file from temp_13080615202898.rar
3. Click Format -> Page, there is no way to set the color to page margins
Actual Results:
The background image is cut by page margin
Expected Results:
The page should be allowed to set as this image:
