Ok. So I had a look at this one.

All tests done in master with my latest changes to the cond format handling.

Import of the file looks correct. The leading sheet name is not a problem
because it is a relative sheet reference like in Excel.

The problem is that the export generates then absolute sheet references. I
can't reproduce the other issue with master and Excel 2010.

I'll have a look at the cond format export and try to find the code that writes
the absolute sheet refs instead of the relative ones.
