Then run in safe mode: Help -> "Restart in Safe Mode" -> "Continue in Safe
Mode" to temporarily bypass your profileleaving it intact.

Or, install a current daily or release build in parallel--modify the
bootstrap.ini to use its own profile. Test there. You'll be able to tell if it
is your OS settings, or a configuration issue with LibreOffice.

Personally, I've had no issues with this on Windows builds--but launch of the
"Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" to access the System
Advanced Settings -> Performance Options -> Visual Effects tab. The
checking/unchecking the "Show windows contents while dragging" does toggle the
behavior.
