More or less still REPRODUCIBLE with Server Installation of Version:
6.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 2e3b0c5d42d60d46cd9f8b8eda9424b095c63418; Windows 6.1
I modified bootstrap.ini string to "UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/..", so that newly
created user profile will be used.
in Task manager I see 0 CPU load, It took 3 Minutes or so while memory
consumption increased slowly until Start Center appeared.
also later attempts to open LibO with the same problem. Memory consumption
sucks at 108 kB for 2 Minutes or so, then slowly increases. At 40 MB or so
start center appears in the overview of running Programs I reach with
<alt+tab>, and after few more time I can access Start Center that way. But LibO
is unusable, any click int the Start Center to open new file or existing needs
1/2 Minute or so until there will be a reaction.
