Tables printed from MSO
Grid Lines are seen but not printed in MSO.
As for Grid Lines, LO shows them if embedded table is edited and doesn't show
them in object. While different from MSO, behavior is consistent for ODT and
DOCX.
This seems logical to me and I wouldn't call it a bug. But that's a different
issue anyway.
