Insert or delete columns/rows, do not update the cell references in the
formulas of conditional formatting when there are absolute or mix
absolute/relative references in it.
Attached a sample file to test.
Inserting/deleting row/column in B2.
One should hope it work as the cell references in the spreadsheet.
