The LibreOffice file manager is considered deprecated, project prefers
integrating os/DE provided file manager. Project implemented a Windows desktop
compliant file manager VistaFilePicker and moved use of the generic to the
Expert Configuration dialog. Toggling the UseSystemFileDialog boolean.
Legitimate issues with the Windows VistaFilePicker implementation, or even the
"legacy" LibreOffice file picker would of course be fixed--but unlikely to
pursue any enhancement.
