Test system is the TDF nextcoloud server using
LOOLWSD
6.1.3
LOKit
LibreOffice 6.1.5.1 (git hash: 10(Buil)
Tested with both Chromium and Firefox browsers, Ubuntu 18.04 OS.
To recreate:
1 Open a browser in incognito mode.
3 Open this read only link to an ODT file

Result
Their are two page navigation button on the status bar, Next Page and Last
Page, which work when the file is open normally, these do not work when opened
with this read only type link.
Note; I checked out issue 115846 but that didn't really seem to be the same
user case and the fix was for an earlier version number so I figured this is a
different issue.
