Mark W <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version|3.5.2 release |3.6.2.2 release --- Comment #2 from Mark W <[email protected]> --- This bug is still present in LO 3.6.2.2 (In reply to comment #1) > This is by design. It's assumed that if you are adding more than one caption > you'll want to set the style for each one. I am sorry, but this doesn't make too much sense. Saving the last used character style as the default for the next caption does not in any way stop the user from setting a different one if he wants to. > and it probably doesn't affect many > users. Well, there's two now and certainly way more non-vocal ones. > Also there is an easy work around (just set the style every time). If you are working with up to 200 figures per document this becomes an annoying and completely unnecessary chore. Even more so because autocaption does not work for images inserted through DnD or copy-paste (see this bug for reference: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51850). I urge you to reconsider adding this function to LO. It's a small change with the potential to save many users' time and nerves. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
