Description:
After the initial install questions, installer sits there forever. Not frozen,
cam cancel it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dbl click installer (LibreOffice_6.2.3_Win_x64.msi)
2. Answer options with defaults
3. Begin install
4. just sits there
5. not frozen, can cancel
Actual Results:
Just sits there at 5-8%
Expected Results:
to finish install
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

Attachment is a Zip file, but renamed
libreoffice-install.doc
Rename it
