Problem description:
Spell checker checks and correct word in the table of contents. As the words in
the table of content is a link to the heading titles, checking the heading
titles is sufficient.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a document with headings containing misspelled words and a table of
content created via Insert/Index and Tables/...
2. run spellchecker
Current behavior:
Misspelled words are corrected in the table of contents, which is not need as
checkind in the text after the table of contents is sufficient
Expected behavior:
Spell checker jumps over the links in the table of contents
