I am in favour.
Quite frankly, Windows users are adapted to the Ribbon UI and the Tabbed bar is
the most similar to it.
It facilitates their transition to LibreOffice. And most Windows users won't
use LibreOffice in other platforms any way (there's even less reasons nowadays
with WSL and WSL2).
The current Standard Toolbar is a UI paradigm that is not used by any other
Office suite. The vast majority of Office users have used a different UI for
the last 12 years.
Another alternative would be to provide a prompt for the user to select the UI
he wishes to use at first use of each module.
