LibreOffice is not a PDF editor! When you "open" a PDF it is imported by
filters. And, Fonts with names that are poorly structured in the PDF may not be
detected/selected as present for rendering to Draw document canvas. And a
fallback font assignment occurs.
If the font *is* present on the system, select the text and assign it the
correctly named font.
You may also be able to use the Tools -> Options -> Fonts dialog to set the
replacement font name(s).
If you are looking for fidelity to the PDF document--split it to single pages,
and use the Insert -> Image
