Steps to Reproduce:
1.Upgrade from 6.1.5.2 to 6.2.3.2
2.Open Base odb.
3.Double-click on any table
Actual Results:
Edit Mode is disabled.
Expected Results:
The ability to insert rows or modify.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
