I do not reproduce. Using Windows and LO 6.2.2.2, when I click slide 5, I get
video and music.
I can just advise to reset LO profile

This can be local issue with your computer. From your posts, I conclude that
you are not tech savvy. No offense.
Please try with some other computer.
