Problem description: 

When editing a master document, modifying the navigator tree trigger a scroll
to top of the navigator.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an ODM document, with enough children to fill the navigator.
2. Toggle the navigator mode to see all nodes (text, files, etc.)
3. Scroll down the navigator
4. Drag a child file above another


Current behavior:

The navigator scrolls up to the top.

Expected behavior:

The navigator scrollbars are not touched by the software.
