Description:
Changing the cell background in a writer table in the iOS is possible but
requires quite many steps. In the light of #82504 it would be nice to have this
feature in the iOS app too.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a writer document in the iOS app
2. Add a table
3. Change the backgroud color of one or more cells
Actual Results:
There is no button in the menu bar to change the background color of the cell.
A user needs to navigate through the menu:
Table > Properties > Background
Expected Results:
Maybe the button to change the paragraph color could be used to change the
background of the cell, see #82504.
